If your portal requires you to create a remote login, you should use the following information:
- "Phone Remote" or "Verifyi9 Remote"
If the above info is not acceptable, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 888-933-8374 when you are ready to create the remote account. (We will contact you if the employee schedules an appointment before we have received portal access info.)
Please provide any instructions that we will need to complete the verification on your onboarding portal. Enter login info (username, password, etc.) here.
Please describe how we will access your onboarding portal and/or what information you need from us to set up remote access.
If you selected "I-9 Employee Return" above, use this field to instruct your employee on how to return the completed form (paper or digital).
If you select "I-9 Plus Review" or are our E-Verify client, we will return a reviewed digital copy but you can use this field to provide a mailing address to which the employee should return the paper copy (if you retain the form exclusively on paper).
If we will return a digital copy and you do not need the paper form, you can leave this field blank or enter "Original form not needed."
NOTE: This information is provided to your new hire after the phone call, in the return instructions we send to your new hire. To minimize confusion, we may remove content from this field that is not related to the return of documents.
